The exclusive amenities provided by this hotel were exceptional! the swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub were all clean and well-maintained. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, offering a variety of treatments including massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments.
I found the sales pitch for extra services such as massages, trips and premium drinks somewhat intrusive. the hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations with its fantastic service and luxurious amenities.

We had an amazing romantic escape! The view from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The food was exquisite, with a lot of variety to choose from. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better.
We had some issues with the room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and we had to call maintenance service to fix it.

The Easter holiday was overall enjoyable. the beach itself was stunning with crystal-clear water and a beautiful reef full of colorful fish. the animation team did an excellent job of keeping the energy up during the day with fun games and activities like beach volleyball. the food was satisfying with various options for all meals.
The constant push to buy extra packages, upgrade to premium drinks or book excursions got quite overwhelming. the staff's attitude towards local guests was also somewhat disheartening, being mostly focused on catering to foreigners.

The hotel had excellent facilities and was very clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Additionally, the location was very close to the airport and even next to the marina.

The hotel has a great location close to the airport and just next to the marina, making it easy to access. the reef is fantastic and the diving spot is perfect, with dolphins and turtles to spot. Rooms are clean with sanitized sealed bags and friendly staff. the breakfast and meals are very good with options for different diets.
There were lapses in service, with some not so helpful staff and unclean towels in common areas.
